These professionals are generally not on the traditional resume banks and are often not actively looking.
Our Approach is to bring the industry's best for our client's Big Data, Data Science staffing initiative in temporary or permanent technical staffing engagement.
Our Big Data SME and Principal consultant gather the requirement to understand the Big Data staffing initiatives, this ensures that the experts in the respective area understand the requirements. The requirement gathering phase also helps us to understand the client's vision and business needs driving the initiatives.
Requirement after client sign-off is passed to the delivery team who bring the best suitable resource for the project from our network of consultants after several rounds of the interview over the phone or in-person if local to the New York metro area.
All the interviews are conducted by the technical team who are experts in the specific domain required by the project. No recruiter/managers are involved in the technical screening to ensure the technical abilities of the consultant match the project.
Once the best-suited consultant is identified for the project, they are given the overview of the project in detail and bought into the in-person meeting with the client.
Once the consultant is finalized for the project by the client, they are on-boarded on the project and hired by Scalar on W2 following federal and state compliance.
A dedicated Account Manager is assigned to the project who works with Client Managers on a regular basis, making sure if the deliverables are met on time and resolving any issue with engagement.
All our Big Data/Technology staffing is backed by the 40 hours of non-billable credit hours, these hours can be used to involve the Principal Consultant, Senior SME from our consulting team for POC, direction for a complex business problem.
